Description

Located midway between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo you'll find this lovely two bedroom cottage. Recently renovated, it provides a comfortable base to explore the Peninsula with the extra space to truly relax. You're still only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 minutes from the Peninsula Hot Springs.

The two bedrooms both have queen beds with a rollaway single trundle in one to suit children. The cottage has a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. The open plan living/kitchen design allows an airy feel with views across the fields. The kitchen has stone benchtops, full cooking facilities with oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a full laundry.

The changing seasons bring with it new things to discover on the farm. If you stay during spring you're likely to see new baby lambs running around. Summer brings the ancient Mulberry tree to life. Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Our sheep dog Star would love to welcome you to Kingston Farm!

Stay on the 3rd Saturday of the month to experience the wonderful Boneo market just down the road. It's all home grown!

( - ) Do we need to bring our own linen & towels?

No, all linen and towels are supplied (we also supply beach towels!).

( - ) How far are you from, The Hot Springs, Sorrento or Red Hill wineries?

- Peninsula Hot Springs is only 5kms or a 5 min drive
- Sorrento is 12kms or a 15 min drive
- Red Hill area is 16kms or a 18min drive
- Moonah Links is 3kms or a 4 min drive

( - ) Can I book for only 1 night?
Generally, no. Sometimes, during low season, if a cottage is available last minute we will offer it as a single night stay with an additional $50 surcharge.

 

( - ) Can I bring my dog?
No, sorry, as we have sheep and a dog of our own at the farm we do not allow other pets to stay.
