Description

Palm Cove is a great place to start your Mornington Peninsula experience. The house has a modern open-plan kitchen and meals area with all you need to self-cater (including a dishwasher!). The lounge has 2 zones - an area to watch TV and a place for the kids to play or to relax with a book. The gas log fire and air-conditioner make sure it’s comfortable all year round.

The cottage has a generous master bedroom with ensuite as well as a 2nd queen bedroom and 3rd with twin singles. The main bathroom includes a bath and separate shower - ideal for young family holidays. Outside, the large fully fenced garden features a BBQ, undercover meals area, sandpit and an outdoor games room with table tennis.

Stay on the 4th Saturday of the month and just around the corner you'll find the Tootgarook Market, home to stalls bursting with produce, plants and tasty treats.

( - ) Do we need to bring our own linen & towels?

No, all linen and towels are supplied (we also supply beach towels!).

( - ) How far are you from, The Hot Springs, Sorrento or Red Hill wineries?

- Peninsula Hot Springs is only 5kms or a 5 min drive
- Sorrento is 12kms or a 15 min drive
- Red Hill area is 16kms or a 18min drive
- Moonah Links is 3kms or a 4 min drive

( - ) Can I bring my dog?

Pets are welcome at Palm Cove, however, there is a fee of $25 per pet, per week. You will need to bring any bedding that your dog requires, as well as any food/drink bowls. We do allow dogs inside but they are to be strictly kept off furniture and out of bedrooms. If you are out for the day, pets must not be left in the house and you need to be mindful that they do not bark constantly (you have neighbours!). It may seem a minor but we have had guests abuse the right to bring their pets, letting them cause damage and upset our permanent neighbours, so we now need to be more strict with the pets we allow. Generally, no. Sometimes, during low season, if a cottage is available last minute we will offer it as a single night stay with an additional $50 surcharge.
